Zeromile, in collaboration with lncor is setting up a one million sq.ft. Warehousing complex in a 40 acre estate near Medchal. This project is a collaboration between Zeromile Warehousing and lncor, two highly respected names in the development firmament of Hyderabad.

Expandability: Modular planning for ease of expand ability within the same park. Space provision for infrastructure services, taking into consideration diverse industrial and logistics clients.

CIVIL AND RELATED WORKS:

Internal roads: RCC roads/ black topped roads as per traffic analysis for easy maneuvering of trucks across the park.

Storm water drains: Design of storm water drains based on 80 year rainfall data

Parking: Ample parking space for trucks and four/ two wheeler’s and for visitors vehicles.

Environmental sustainability measures: Green belt/ landscaping along the perimeter and common areas
